Application :
 These test sets are used for determining the di-electric BDV of  insulating oils, both new and in - service from transformers,_ switchgear & other electrical equipments

    Function :
×  Our instruments have advanced functions for fully automatic tests. They enable the operator to simply prepare oil test cell, load it with sample oil, place it in the chamber and initiate the test sequence. The test set carries out (if necessary unattended ), the series of tests as defined in the particulars test standard & on completion of a test sequence the average break down
voltage value is displayed & the value for each individual may be recalled.

×  "Initial wait time, rate of rise of test voltage, intermediate stir time, settling time & number of tests" are all pre - programmed into the sequence itself & kept the test program parameters stored in memory.

×  When Mains will be Switched ON the instrument will get ready.

× Once the instrument is ready, press H. V. ON button to conduct the test as per the pre-programmed settings.
all the number of tests will be conducted one after another automatically.

× Instrument will note the breakdown voltages, calculate average BDV & display. A Test report can be printed on the printer
   by. pressing PRINT button.

× The instrument will save individual BDV & average of last three test samples.

   Brief Specification :

Supply Voltage:  230V AC : 50H, 1 Phase.
Output Voltage: 0- 60Kv or 0 - 80Kv or 0 -100Kv variable (Anyone)
Stirrer: A magnetic stirrer is provided in the instruments.
Metering & Display: Digital Kv meter to read output test voltage.The LCD display unit will indicate all the parameters one after another as per the program.
Protection:
a) Fuse
b) An electric circuit to trip the instrument when the leakage current through
the oil under test will exceed the preset limit.
Cabinet : Powder coated sheet metal cabinet.
Optional : Rs 232 computer interface.
